Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We have a mobile EFTPOS machine that accepts all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cash payments in the correct amount as we do not carry change. There is no surcharge to use credit cards. Payments can also be made using direct deposit.
Q: Do you supply materials?
A: We advise clients to pre-arrange delivery of materials prior to our arrival to avoid additional waiting costs or delays.
Q: Do you offer free quotes?
A: Yes, we can visit your location for a free site inspection and quote. We offer standard rates or special pricing appropriate to the job. We will endeavour to give you our best estimate of how long a job may take. This should be used as a guide only but we will keep you informed if anything unexpected arises.
Q: Do you work on weekends?
A: Yes, we provide our service 7 days a week.
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: No, we provide fully transparent pricing which includes travel to your site, an operator, equipment required and fuel. If you require anything removed from the site, additional rates and tip fees will be applied.
